Homemade Recipes for massage oil, home scent oils and rubs

MASSAGE OIL

1/4 cup Carrier Oil of Choice (Sunflower, Jojoba, Apricot, Almond or Grapeseed)
25 drops of Essential Oils of Choice

Mix and gently shake before use.

Essential Oil Suggestions:
*Make sure to use pure and organic essential oils

LOVE POTION
8 drops rose
8 drops ylang ylang
5 drops jasmine
5 drops vanilla or orange

STRESS RELIEF
10 drops bergamot
10 drops clary sage
5 drops frankincense

BEDTIME BLEND
12 drops chamomile
6 drops bergamot
6 drops clary sage
2 drops lavender

Don't have the ingredients on hand? You can use our scented body oil!

All Purpose Oils

Make sure to have Tea Tree Oil in your medicine cabinet. It might not smell the best, but it can help with athletes foot, burns, dandruff, insect bites, nail fungus, lice, warts and more! Always refer to the label for warnings and always seek medical care when needed.

5  Ways to Use Coconut Oil:
1. Bake with it. Substitute it for shortening in cookie recipes!
2. Use as a personal lubricant. (Do not use with condoms)
3. Repair dry/damaged hair by massaging in before showering.
4. Use as a natural sun burn treatment.
5. Defrizz your hair by rubbing some onto your hands and lightly work in.


Home Sprays & Freshners

COLD SEASON SPRAY:
Use lavender, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils to help with congestion PLUS they are antibacterial and will help keep those germs at bay! In a spray bottle place 30 drops in 1 cup water and spray around the house or on pillows. You can also add these EO's to your humidifier!

DEODORIZING SPRAY:
1 tbls baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cups water
Mix in spray bottle. Shake and spray in house where needed.
