4 STEPS TO A HEALTHY {GLOWING} SKIN

Follow these 4 essential steps day and night for beautiful skin!

 

1. CLEANSING: The first (basic) step of any skin care routine is cleansing. Wash off the dirt, grime and toxins that are naturally in the air and environment that get on your face—and as a result your pores.

 

2. EXFOLIATING: Whenever you stimulate your skin and pores from cleansing they open up—allowing you the chance to clean them out! Add some scrub to your cleanser or apply a mask after cleansing to help clean and tighten pores to improve the texture and appearance of your skin.

 

3. TONING: Your pores are clean and open now from cleansing and exfoliating. It’s time to help close them up so no dirt or oil can get back in them. Apply a mask or facial toner to help tighten pores. If you suffer from acne or large pores then you cannot afford to miss this step!

 

4. MOISTURIZING: It’s important to hydrate any type of skin to give you that supple glowing skin. Once your face and pores are clean and toned apply some hydration to naturally protect and fight aging. The difference between a raisin and a grape? Moisture. We love you too much to let you look like a wrinkled up fruit.

DANDRUFF
Do you suffer from dandruff? Massage any of these essential oils into your scalp before showering to help! Cedarwood, Lavender, Patchouli, Rosemary or Tea tree oil -- 2 drops per 1 tablespoon olive oil OR mixed into your shampoo.


PUFFY EYES
The next time you make some green tea save the tea bags in the fridge. Use them in the morning or at night by laying them on your eyes for a few minutes to relieve puffiness. If you're looking for something a little more beneficial we suggest our eye creams packed with naturally age-fighting essential oils.

CUTICLES
Soak your nails in olive oil for 15-20 minutes to soften and hydrate your cuticles. You can also use your excess Moisturizing Eye Cream on your cuticles!

DARK SPOTS OR ACNE MARKS
Dab on fresh lemon juice and let dry OR apply organic yogurt on face for 10 minutes and then rinse to lighten and brighten your skin.

RED & IRRITATED SKIN
Grind up oats and powdered milk until a fine powder. Use 1-2 tbls in a warm bath to help calm skin. Follow up with our intense moisturizing cream.
